These terms govern the purchase and use of eGiftcards at beneighborly.gift, operated by Project Neighborly, LLC. By purchasing or receiving an eGiftcard, you agree to these terms.
eGiftcards
Neighborly eGiftcards are redeemable at participating Neighborly locations and online. eGiftcards have no value until purchased and activated, do not expire, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
SMS / text messaging program terms
Program: Neighborly Gift Card Notifications. When a purchaser selects text delivery at checkout and provides a recipient’s mobile number, the recipient receives a one-time transactional SMS with a link to reveal and redeem their eGiftcard. Purchasers may also receive a one-time order confirmation.
- Message frequency: transactional — one message per gift (plus optional purchaser confirmation). This is not a recurring or marketing program.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP or contact hello@beneighborly.com for support.
- Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent are used only to deliver the gift-card notification you requested. This information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
